Founder
Marni Fechter has worked extensively managing programs in the non-profit sector, producing private parties and fundraisers, as well as developing a global suite of professional training and client development opportunities for McKinsey & Company. Marni knows that what matters most, regardless of sector, industry, or geography, is people. She is delighted to bring her wealth of experience to her clients in order to insure their success.
